About Me
Born and raised in The Bronx, Yanni Peña is a Dominican-American makeup artist based in New York City. His work spans editorial, beauty, fashion, runway, and red carpet blending a wide-range of techniques with the spirit of self-expression. Yanni has collaborated with photographers including Tyler Mitchell, Emmanuel Monsalve, Renata Raksha, and Myesha Evon and has worked with brands like GQ, LUAR, NIKE, and The Elder Statesman.
Beyond makeup, Yanni has taken on creative and art direction roles for two GAY TIMES magazine cover stories. He was previously a social media coordinator at Moda Operandi and was part of the fashion PR team at PURPLE PR.
Yanni received his BBA from Parsons The New School for Design in 2017.
